A Customer Relations Specialist processes orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. This course trains students in communications, customer service, computer, and essential business skills necessary to provide top customer service. Salary Range: $10-$14 per hour for entry level positions with potential to earn more with additional training and experience
