Member Services Representatives or Bank Tellers provide customers with service and expertise on a variety of financial transactions as well as making sure that customers are aware of all products and services that the bank offers. They also assist in ensuring that the Bank is in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Whether you call them Member Services Representatives or Tellers or Customer Service Representatives, these individuals are the heart of a banks retail operation. Without excellence on the teller line; no branch can maximize its financial success. That is why they are so highly valued. They represent the bank on the frontline often, as the first person the customer talks with upon entering the bank. This course prepares you to be the best Member Services Representative you can be…professional, personable and prepared.

Salary Range: $6.50-$10 per hour for entry level positions with potential to earn more with additional training and experience
