Medical Receptionists are responsible for greeting patients as they enter the admitting ward of a hospital or clinic. They also direct patients to appropriate parties, give direction, provide clerical support to the admitting staff, answer telephone calls, and direct callers to the appropriate department or unit.

This is a hybrid course, a combination of 150 hours of face to face classroom instruction and 55 hours of online instruction.
