Learn how to Salsa, Merengue, Mabo and add a little spice to your life and broaden your cultural horizons while having fun in this 5-week course! Self-supporting.

Swing & Shag To be announced

Learn the swing dance steps and variations of the basic shag step, including turns. Couples preferred, singles welcome. If students are couples, both partners must register and pay registration fee. Self-supporting.

Learn about and experience Healing Touch (HT) which is described as a Biofield Therapy by the National Institute of Health which brings comfort, diminishes pain, eases stress, eliminates toxins, instills serenity, and promotes the body's natural healing ability. Reiki 1 certification: Reiki is a Japanese energy based therapy where the practitioner sends an unlimited amount of life energy force to the client through light touch, in addition, this therapy helps to open up chakras to promote better chi flow through the entire body. This in turn encourages balance, well-being and good health throughout the whole body, people respond in various ways to better sleep, and reduction in stress and anxiety and better energy and pain relief. Golf Beginner

This course is designed for the beginning golfer with little or no experience. Instruction will be given for irons, woods, chipping, putting, course etiquette, and rules of play by a golf professional. A bucket of balls will be supplied each class period.

This course is designed for golfers at an intermediate skill level who have a basic understanding of the rules of golf and course etiquette. Hatha Yoga

Yoga is the natural alliance of stretching, breathing, strength and relaxation. This FREE 1-hour Personal Fitness Training Orientation is designed to provide information for anyone interested in the fitness profession or in becoming a nationally certified personal trainer.
